Is300 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the is300 platform. By registering for or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions stated below.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and is300 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service on the is300 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.
To use this platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by law in your region, whichever is higher.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not be located in any jurisdiction where the use of such a platform is prohibited under local law.
- Provide registration information that is truthful, accurate, and complete.
Is300 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If a user is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately and any associated balance will be frozen in accordance with platform policy.
Continued use of the is300 platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Please check this page periodically.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account on the is300 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the freezing of any balances. Information provided during registration must be accurate and current. is300 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. is300 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact customer support immediately. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the functionality of the platform or other users.
- Selling, transferring, or assigning your account to a third party.
- Submitting false claims or fraudulent documents to the platform.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the is300 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). is300 supports a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other online banking options. The list of active payment methods is subject to change and will be displayed in the Finance section of your account.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and are subject to change. Current limits are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. Users are advised to review these limits each time before making a deposit or withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing time depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few minutes to several business days. is300 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Is300 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawal that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms pending the outcome of an investigation. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will not be refunded.
All amounts are displayed in MYR. Any tax liabilities arising from winnings or transactions are the sole responsibility of the user in accordance with applicable Malaysian tax law. is300 does not provide tax advice, and users are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional if needed.
Refund PolicyDeposits that have been successfully processed into a gaming account are generally non-refundable, except in specific circumstances at the absolute discretion of is300. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing through customer support.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Is300 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if a user is found to have violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or taken actions that compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. Account closure decisions made by is300 are final.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. All outstanding active bets will be settled based on actual results before the account is closed. Any remaining net balance after settlement will be processed for withdrawal via the method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification.
Is300 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform — including service disruptions, technical errors, or damage to the user's device. In no event shall is300's total maximum liability exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property & Platform Content
All content on the is300 platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of is300 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
User not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or exploit any platform content without the express written consent of is300. Permitted use is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial access only.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The is300 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. is300 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Is300 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent update indicated. Malaysian law governs all disputes relating to these Terms, and any legal action must be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
